What accounting software do you work with?

We work primarily with QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're on another platform or starting from scratch, we'll help you choose the right setup and structure your chart of accounts so your reports are actually useful.

My books are behind — can you still help?

Yes. Cleanup and catch-up is one of our most common starting points. We assess how far behind you are, reconcile every open period, and get your records current before moving you into ongoing monthly service.

Do you prepare or file taxes?

We specialize in monthly bookkeeping, not tax filing. What we do provide are clean, organized books your CPA can work from — which usually means fewer surprises, lower prep fees, and a much smoother tax season.

Can I keep my own accountant or CPA?

Absolutely. Many of our clients do. We give your accountant access to your books and coordinate directly when questions come up. If you don't have a CPA yet, we're happy to recommend one.

How do I get started?

What if I need to cancel?

Our monthly plans don't require long-term contracts. If you need to step away, give us 30 days' notice. Your QuickBooks or Xero account stays yours, and you take your books with you.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use read-only bank connections, encrypted document storage, and follow SOC 2-aligned internal controls. Your login credentials are never stored on our side.
